18TH-CENTURY SCOTTISH HORN SNUFF MULL DATED 1776 of typical scrolling form, the hinged cover having a silver shield escutcheon engraved A.C 1776, with a plain unengraved silver neck mount , 6cm high, the hinge is complete but missing 2 holding pins, at some time it has been glued, the horn body and cover are in good order for the period i suspect the cork stopper is a replacement please look at the photos, this is a very pleasant provincial scottish mull ask questions before bidding thanks
